# Notes

* RBN holders will be able to convert their $RBN to sAEVO (staked $AEVO) at TGE, as detailed in AGP-1), so the *mechanism* does not change with this proposal, only the **lock time**. At the end of TGE period they’ll be able to convert their $RBN to $AEVO or sAEVO. Staking duration is fixed (9 weeks) and starts from the day on which it takes place.
* Before TGE Apogee will receive the annual budget of governance tokens (RBN in this case), as voted in AGP-1, valid for the year 2023.
* The DAO Treasury, as directed by the Treasury and Revenues Management Committee, will take all necessary steps to ensure the seeding of $Aevo liquidity at TGE.
