Updated Growth and Marketing Committee
Objectives
This committee is responsible for all strategic marketing initiatives such as sponsorships, events and promotional tokenomics initiatives both extemporaneous and medium-term (e.g. small airdrops, contests, …) that involve the DAO Treasury.
AGP-3 Additions:
The committee will manage a dedicated rewards pool via a new multisig wallet, administering both holding rewards for $AEVO holders and trading rewards for all exchange users. This includes weekly volume-based rebate distributions, trading competition prize pools, and promotional trading incentive programs.
All operations will be conducted using a new Committee multisig, initially funded with 10% of the $AEVO earmarked for Trading Rewards.

AGP-3 Updates:
Current committee DAO members are confirmed through December 31, 2026, with next elections scheduled for end of 2026 to ease the transition to the new proposed systems and responsibilities.
Given the expanded scope of responsibilities under AGP-3, committee members will receive a monthly stipend of 8,000 $AEVO per member as compensation for their service, paid from the DAO Treasury (quarterly review).
Tasks
Propose and implement marketing and growth initiatives in response to new market trends or competitor actions, leveraging the budget available for any initiative;
To devise, promote and remunerate activities of any kind for the development of the Aevo user community. Examples of activities include: developments of bots and interface libraries to automate interaction with Aevo; strategic studies and research on competitors; design and dissemination of educational materials for novice and experienced traders; and video tutorials for interaction with Aevo's products.
AGP-3 Additional Tasks:
Manage the dedicated Rewards Pool multisig, overseeing all allocations for holding rewards and trading rewards, with weekly distributions;
Design and execute trading competitions and contests, allocating prizes from the Trading Rewards Pool to drive engagement and volume growth;
Propose adjustments to rewards tiers/amounts, based on market conditions.
